Fiona and Guy were so respectful and helpful, they are both a credit to you and the service you provide. I know Patrick is where he wanted to be and it is a beautiful place right next to a tree. I have to tell you that if it was not for you and your commitment to Patrick to respect his wishes then none of this would have happened. I will be eternally grateful to you for making this happen.
